The evidence against Hillary Clinton is in, but so it seems is ‘the fix’

“As used in this Agreement, classified information is marked or unmarked information, including oral communications, that is classified under the standards of Executive Order 12958, or under any other Executive order or statute that prohibits the unauthorized disclosure of information in the interest of national security; and unclassified information that meets the standards for classification and is in the process of a classification determination … I understand and accept that by being granted access to classified information, special confidence and trust shall be placed in me by the United States Government.” – Signed H. R. Clinton, Jan. 1, 2009

We have heard Hillary Clinton say that she neither sent nor received documents marked classified, and the evidence continues to mount proving otherwise, despite her signing the Classified Information Nondisclosure Agreement, at left, and shown in an excerpt above. Her claim that some documents were declared classified by the government after the fact is meaningless, too. Note the reference above to documents “in the process of classification determination.”

The latest evidence, revealed on June 11, 2016, disputes her claim that nothing she sent or received was marked classified at the time. A 2002 e-mail sent to Clinton has a classified code – “C” – known as a “portion marking.” Everything in the document was redacted before release, a sign that the information was classified.

As the FBI investigation drags on and on, we continue to hear that Director James Comey is personally involved, along with some 140 agents. We hear about Comey being a straight-shooter, an honorable man; repeated again this morning by Sen. Amy Klobashar (D-MN), who reminisced about attending law school with him.

Comey must understand that we are closing in on a presidential election involving someone under investigation, and that voters must be made aware of Clinton’s culpability?

I am troubled by comments of “no criminal intent” on the part of Clinton and that Clinton and her aides “didn’t deliberately compromise” the nation’s secrets. What about the time she instructed aide Jake Sullivan to scratch the classification on a document and send it to her?

Lastly, we have statements by Clinton in which she appears to have no concern about being indicted, and President Obama’s unbelievable endorsement of someone under investigation to become president of the United States.

I detest saying it, but again it appears that “the fix” is in.  Clinton and her minions – Uma Abedin, Cheryl Mills and Jake Sullivan – are permitted to operate above the law.
