FBI appears complicit in Hillary’s corrupt practices

“The FBI documents should be seen as a preview of how Mrs. Clinton would govern as President, with the same get-away-with-anything entitlement that always follows the Clintons.” – The Wall Street Journal, Sept. 3, 2016

You may recall my astonishment following the FBI’s interview of Hillary Clinton that FBI Director James Comey did not consider the event serious enough to personally participate; that the interview was not video or audio taped; that there was no transcript and that she was not sworn by oath to tell the truth.  Truly unbelievable.

Many attorneys are still voicing amazement with Comey’s choice of words, citing that Clinton was “extremely careless” but not, “grossly negligent,” which would call for her to be fined and imprisoned for not more than ten years under 18 U.S.C., section 793-f.

It doesn’t end there. Still appearing to aid the Clinton campaign, Comey chose to release additional information Friday afternoon before the Labor Day weekend, when voters are usually concentrating on their holiday plans and not the news of the day. Some 17,000 work-related and personal e-mails were uncovered and are bound to continue the drip, drip, drip of damage to her image.

Notes taken during the interview now reveal Clinton was even more reckless with state secrets. Not only did she claim not to understand the classification system, she was oblivious to the seriousness of e-mail discussion of drone targets. The FBI learned that she sent or received hundreds of e-mails marked classified while traveling outside of the U.S., where the danger of hacking is highest.

Clinton, who often touts her vast experience in the Senate and as secretary of state in her speeches, “presents herself as a clueless grandee who left the details to her minions,” according to The Wall Street Journal. On 27 separate questions, she told the FBI that she “could not recall,” or “did not remember specifically” key details or events. Corrupt or demented?  You may recall that Cheryl Mills used some variation of “I don’t recall” 189 times during her May 2016 deposition.

The FBI summary intimates that Clinton’s server was a deliberate effort to evade accountability, designed to protect her ties between State and the Clinton Foundation yet Comey insisted on more than one occasion that he could not prove intent.

The one, then two mobile devices she was said to have used has now risen to 15 mobile devices, 13 of which the FBI has not been able to locate. She also used five iPads; three of which the FBI found. And, a laptop placed in the mail by one of her aides, has not been found.

“She’s lucky she’s running for president,” opines the Journal, “because anyone else would have been indicted.”

Again, I ask, where’s the outrage – with the FBI and DOJ – and with Hillary Clinton, as evidence continues to mount on Obama administration complicity and her standing as a congenital liar?

It is said that people begin paying attention to the presidential race after Labor Day.  And, George Will, appearing on Fox News Sunday bemoaned that some people spend more time making a decision on buying a new car than they do on selecting their candidate for president.
