Oh, the wild speculation

I took a deep breath after surviving the near two-year presidential campaign, but I’m not sure I’ll be able to make it through the next two-month transition period.

I’m already ready to climb the walls with all of the wild speculation on staff and cabinet position appointments by the talking heads. Add to that, the speculation on Trump’s priorities – ObamaCare, immigration, taxes and those executive orders – as if his administration and Congress aren’t able to multitask.

Remember how these same “experts” speculated that Trump was going to lose because he didn’t have the ground team that Clinton had, and wasn’t spending enough money on advertising?

If you saw Donald Trump interviewed by Lesley Stahl on CBS 60 Minutes Sunday you possibly understand what I’m trying to explain to you. To me, Stahl’s questions and follow-ups were not what I would expect from someone with four decades of experience.

New York Times columnist Paul Krugman has referred to Trump as a “terrible man with such a terrible team,” and cites his election as “an epic mistake,” that in the long run may well be “apocalyptic.”

I’ll try to hang in there and continue to give you my best from my perch in a suburban  Speculation.
