Radical Democrats are Leading on Potential Assassins

Commentary

It isn’t difficult to understand how former President Trump has twice been the target of an assassin with the nine-year effort, first to keep him from winning in 2016, continuing with a Russian collusion, two impeachment attempts, and now a renewed attempt to keep him from winning.

While Trump frequently says that the Biden-Harris administration is “destroying the country, both from the inside and out,” and has called Biden and Harris “dumb” he has also nicknamed several Democrats, like “Crooked” Joe Biden, “Comrade” Kamala, and “Newscum” for Governor Newsom, rhetoric that doesn’t come close to that of his opposition.

Perhaps that’s what Harris was referring to when she said, “Donald Trump is an unserious man.”

Democrats are guilty of taking their rhetoric to an unbelievable level of hatred, abuse, and distrust.  Need proof?  As Claude Rains said, playing Louis Renault in the movie Casablanca, “round up the usual suspects.”

I’ll do that here, and I challenge you to name key Republicans equally guilty.

I help you with that. ”The radical left Democrats, now led by crooked Joe Biden, are the greatest threat to democracy.” – Steven Cheung, Trump spokesman

Rep. Goldman (Jamal Countless/Getty image)

“He has to be eliminated”

Guilty of the most egregious threat came from Rep. Daniel Goldman, of New York’s 10th District:

“It’s just unquestionable at this point that that man cannot seek public office again. He is not only unfit, he is destructive to our democracy, and he has to be  eliminated.”

You may recall that Goldman was the lead counsel in the first House impeachment of Trump, who was acquitted by the Senate.

Maryland’s Own Weasel

“We’re going to defeat Donald Trump, the career criminal and incorrigible recidivist con man …” Maryland Rep. Jaime Raskin said at the DNC convention.

Raskin, who gained partisan prominence as the lead manager in Trump’s second impeachment trial, said in conclusion, “We have offered you overwhelming and irrefutable and certainly unrefuted evidence that the former President Trump incited this insurrection against us.”

Biden Cites Trump MAGA threat.

President Biden

President Biden is guilty of never-ending rhetoric against Trump.  On September 1, 2023, while standing in front of Independence Hall in Philadelphia, bathed in red giving it the appearance of a Third Reich backdrop, told a nationally televised audience:

“Donald Trump and the MAGA Republicans represent an extremism that threatens the very foundation of our republic.”

Then, in the same speech, he attacked the supporters of Making America Great Again, using “MAGA” as if it were a profane four-letter word:

“MAGA Republicans do not respect the Constitution.  They do not believe in the rule of law.  They do not recognize the will of the people.

Then, incredibly, he added, “They fan the flames of political violence.”

Just two weeks later, speaking in Tempe, Arizona in what was billed as his fourth in a series bent on eviscerating self-government, Biden again singled out the MAGA movement:

“This MAGA threat is a threat to the brick and mortar of our democratic institutions.  It’s also a threat to the character of our nation that gives our Constitution life.”

Harris Enters the Fray

Even before Kamala Harris replaced Biden on the ticket, she voiced her apprehensions about Trump’s intentions if reelected, warning of the “threat he poses to democracy,” followed by Dem talking points:

If reelected, Trump has vowed to be a dictator on day one and openly said he intends to weaponize the Department of Justice against his enemies.”

Trump jokingly said he would be dictator only for a day to direct the southern border closed and to drill baby drill.” He never said he was going to weaponize the DOJ, even though that is what Merrick Garland has done to make Trump’s life miserable.

In her nomination acceptance speech, she continued to spew untruths about Trump and his plans, and seems to be oblivious to her party’s campaign rhetoric as she talks of moving past “the bitterness, cynicism, and divisive battles of the past.  The consequences of putting Donald Trump back in the White House are extremely serious.”

From the Harris Campaign

“Our campaign believes that it is a moral obligation that we paint the picture of the threat that Donald Trump and the Republican party pose to America.” Quentin Fulks, deputy campaign manager

Nancy Pelosi

No longer speaker of the House, Nancy Pelosi continues to speak on behalf of the Democrat party, and told news anchor Andrea Mitchell:

“We have to defeat a person who is a threat to our democracy of the kind that we have not seen.”

We Must Stop Him

Approximately 30 minutes after the Saturday assassination attempt, Democrat Minority Leader in the House Hakiem Jeffries posted the following on social media though reports say it wasn’t known if he knew of the attempt on Trump’s life.  Regardless, the words he chose could invite violence:

“Extreme MAGA Republicans are the party of a national abortion plan ands Trump’s project 2025.  We must stop him.”

Hillary’s Guilty, too

Just two days after the second attempt on Trump’s life, Hillary Clinton, while appearing on MSNBC with Rachel Maddow, told viewers that Trump posed a “danger to our country and world.  Speaking of the press, “they careen from one outrage to the next … I don’t understand why it’s so difficult for the press to have a consistent narrative about how dangerous Trump is.”

Her threat: “We can’t give this very dangerous man another chance to do harm to our country and the world.”

But her concern of the Trump threat began in 2016.  PBS anchor Judy Woodruff suggested that voters seem to want a change, and asked Clinton if he doesn’t represent that change.

Clinton’s response: “Oh, I think he represents a great threat to our society and our economy.”

Help From the Media

The media continues to play a role in denouncing Trump.  Following Saturday’s attempt on Trump’s life, here’s what the online leftist news source, Vox, reported:

“There is no question that Joe Biden has denounced Trump in explosive terms. In late June, the president posted on “X” – “Donald Trump is a genuine threat to this nation.  He’s a threat to freedom.  He’s a threat to our democracy.  He’s literally a threat to everything America stands for.” Ridiculously claiming that his remarks “are defensible.”

In the piece by Vox senior correspondent Eric Levitz, blatantly stated:

”Trump is an authoritarian fascist who must be stopped at all costs, while noting that the “rhetoric led directly to President Trump’s attempted assassination.”

Commenting on Harris’s continued lies about Trump – what he is falsely accused of saying after the Charlotteville riot, suggesting that he said there would be a “bloodbath” if he lost the election, that he would ban all abortions, and establish the contents of the so-called 2025 plan, the online Vox reported:

“Political passion is the kindling for political violence, but public officials  must not compound the unavoidable hazards of democratic life by saying explosive things that are untrue.”

However, you and I know they will continue.

May God continue to bless the United States of America.
