Democrats Follow Michelle Obama’s Advice: ‘When they go low, we go high;’ Turn to ‘F’ Bombs During Protest

Commentary

In my last edition, while commenting on Democrat members of the House and Senate, who gathered in relatively small numbers to protest the administration’s effort to cut waste and abuse in the bureaucracy, I said, “Do they realize how foolish they look?”  Now you can add, do they realize how foolish they sound?

Democrat Representatives Don Norcross of New Jersey, Mark Pocan of Wisconsin and Maxine Dexter of Oregon are a few who surely lowered public opinion of Congress even further as they used “f” bombs in their protest of President Trump and Elon Musk, who is leading the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE).

OREGON’S REP. DEXTER

Representative Dexter, saying, “We have to f*** Trump,” failed to save the embarrassment of her foul language when she asked those present “not to tell her children that I did that.”

Representative Janice Schakowsky of Illinois thought she was being coy when she stepped to the microphone saying, “I was going to say f***, but no I’m not going to say that.

Is that what Michelle Obama meant when she advised, “When they go low, we go high?”

SEN. SCHUMER unhinged.

“Some genius in the Democrat Party evidently thought it was a good idea to put some of the party’s most prominent faces, most notably Sen. Minority Leader Chuck Schumer in front of the cameras to protest Elon Musk’s efforts to root out inefficiency,” wrote Wall Street Journal columnist Gerard Baker.

“Picture it,” he added, “The Democrats, onetime tribunes of the people, fiercely defending government employees from the taxpayers; the party of the oppressed putting it all on the line for to protect federal bureaucrats from the people they’re supposed to serve.

“Choosing to die on the hill; of the right of permanent government officials to spend money without hindrance from the president’s delegates.  I’m trying to picture the voter who is currently sitting at home rooting for the employees of the U.S. Agency for International Development or the Internal Revenue Service.”

The Economy

The day we learned that Bidenomics left us with a 3 percent rise in the consumer price index as of January,  John Carney, Breitbart’s economics editor wrote, “Americans, with a buoyancy unseen in years, are exhibiting a rekindled confidence in the trajectory of the U.S. economy – most notably in its capacity for growth, the fortitude of its financial markets, and the direction of their household finances.”

He reports that YouGov polling reveals that 36 percent of Americans now say they expect their household to be better off financially a year from now.  That’s up from 28 percent prior to the election.

No Surprise

GABBARD CONFIRMED
RINO McCONNELL

“Mr. Establishment” of Old Washington, Mitch McConnell, was the lone Republican, joining all Democrat senators, to vote against the confirmation of Tulsi Gabbard as the Director of National Intelligence.

The former Democrat-turned-Trump-ally was confirmed Wednesday as the eighth DNI.  She holds the rank of lieutenant colonel in the Army Reserve.

May God continue to bless the United States of America
