More embarrassment in Florida counties … and Georgia … Arizona, too … majority of Americans agree with Acosta suspension … the demise of the ‘mainstream’ media … Noonan wants Dem deal with Trump … the Mueller report … and celebs and the midterms

Here are my observations and opinions of my selected news of the day.

MORE EMBARRASSMENT in Florida’s Broward County. Nikolas Cruz, in county jail for the Parkland School shooting, was permitted to register to vote while incarcerated.

MEANWHILE, over in Florida’s Palm Beach County, Supervisor of Elections Susan Bucher reportedly said that asking questions about the ballot counting process is both disruptive and racist.

Isn’t it interesting that when Palm Beach County votes made by non-citizens were not counted, that met with objections from attorneys for Democrat incumbent Sen. Bill Nelson and Democrat candidate for governor Andrew Gillum.

IN GEORGIA, losing Democrat gubernatorial candidate Stacey Abrams and the Democrat Party attempted to buy a $250,000 advertisement on Atlanta’s WSB-TV to promote a gubernatorial runoff despite the fact that Republican Brian Kemp won over 50 percent of the vote. WSB-TV rejected the ad request.

IN ARIZONA – As I write this, to my disappointment, Democrat senate candidate Kyrsten Sinema is leading over Republican Martha McSally with a quarter of a million votes yet to be counted. “If Sinema wins, at least we’ll know where she stands,” Mrs. Kramer remarked, reminding me of the weak-kneed RINO Sen. Jeff “the” Flake, who currently holds that seat.

A MAJORITY OF AMERICANS believe that President Trump can suspend White House press credentials of reporters like CNN’s Jim Acosta, who lost his hard pass after his embarrassing challenge of the president’s use of the word “invasion” when referring to the invasion of migrants headed for our southern border.

A YouGov poll found that 59 percent said the president and White House are in charge of press passes. CNN has threatened to sue over the suspension, and the Committee to Protect Journalists has called upon the White House to restore Acosta’s credentials, and to “stop denigrating media.”

NOW GET THIS – California’s Rep. Adam Schiff told AXIOS that it is “very squarely within our responsibility to find out” whether the president’s actions targeting CNN and The Washington Post are an abuse of White House Power. OMG!

SPEAKING OF THE MEDIA – Kramerontheright will no longer refer to ABC, CBS, NBC/MSNBC and CNN as the mainstream media. Fox News Channel has again attracted more viewers by far than other cable and broadcast networks with its coverage of the November 6, 2018 midterm election returns.

Nielsen Media Research reported that Fox had 7.8 million viewers, beating the closest network, NBC, buy more than two million viewers (5.7 million). ABC followed with 5.3, CNN with 5.1, MSNBC with 4.7, and CBS with 3.9.

WILL PRESIDENT TRUMP DEAL with the Democrats? “This country could use some deals,” wrote Wall Street Journal columnist Peggy Noonan on Saturday.

While conceding that Democrats will launch investigative probes, Noonan offers the suggestion to Democrats, “for your own good and the good of the nation, suck it up. America has fought the battle. It ended how it ended. Grown-ups know when it’s over. Two years of fruitless fighting seems inevitable, doesn’t it?”

Noonan opines that Democrats “need to change their style. They looked like fools,” while reminding them of losing Missouri Sen. Claire McCaskill’s remark, “I’m not one of those crazy Democrats.” A casual reminder of the foolish face the Democrats put on their role in the Kavanaugh confirmation.

“Democrats should understand the president wants a deal … he needs to show that he can roll with history’s punches … he wants to do something big,” Noonan wrote.

As Noonan said, “Trump suffered a loss but not repudiation,” she seemed to believe the time is now for Nancy Pelosi to deal with the president.

UNFORTUNATELY, the new Democrat committee chairs are already talking about a host of investigations of the president and his administration. They’re still talking about the president’s tax returns. There is no requirement for him to produce them for Congress. Previous presidents have mistakenly done so voluntarily.

THE MUELLER REPORT – We are led to believe that the special counsel has failed to find any collusion between the Trump administration and Russia. If his findings clear the president, I expect it will not satisfy the conspiracy theories of Representatives Adam Schiff and Eric Swalwell. The release of Mueller’s findings prior to the end of the current legislative session, I believe, could go a long way in reducing the Democrat hate agenda.

CELEBRITY ENDORSEMENTS – As I wrote yesterday, those celebrities – Oprah Winfrey, Taylor Swift and Will Farrell – failed to impress voters in the midterms. Swift used her 111 million count Instagram account to encourage followers to register to vote and vote to defeat Republican Marsha Blackburn, who’s votes on women’s issues “terrified” her. Just 2,144 new registrations came in during the 36 hours between Swift’s post and the close of voter registration in Tennessee, and Blackburn won over Swift-endorsed Phil Bredesen.

REPUBLICANS INVITED two popular former Indiana and coaches, Bob Knight and Lou Holtz, to the Trump rally for GOP senate candidate Mike Braun, who unseated Indiana Democrat Sen. Joe Donnelly by more than 130,000 votes. Song writer Lee Greenwood was invited to sing “God Bless the USA” at rallies in Tennessee and Missouri.
