It appears as though Minnesotans have turned on the President, giving him a job approval rating of 43 percent in the latest Minneapolis Star Tribune survey. The rating matches that of Real Clear Politics, an average of key national polls.
The liberal land of Sen. Al Franken and Rep. Keith Ellison, helped put Obama in office in 2008 with 54 percent of the vote, and reelected him in 2012 with 53 percent.
The Star Tribune poll indicated 60 percent of men and 40 percent of women disapproved of the president’s job performance.
