The House January 6 committee can’t be happy with word emanating from Homeland Security that a threat of violence exists should the Supreme Court overturn Roe v. Wade.

While they continue to pursue criminal conspiracy charges as they gather material and conduct interviews in preparation of its final report in September, aimed at ruining Republican chances to regain the House and Senate in the November midterm elections, pro-choice Democrats are threatening violence that will make the January 6 event look peaceful.

Homeland Security has identified at least 25 violent threats on social media that include “burning down or storming the U.S. Supreme Court and murdering justices and their clerks, members of Congress, and lawful (pro-life) demonstrators.”

Comments by Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen on abortion and its effect on the labor force for the good couldn’t have been well-received by blacks and Hispanics who see abortion through a religious lens.

All of this may concern the predominately Democrat committee members, but not RINO Liz Cheney, who has reportedly “assumed the most aggressive posture toward the former president,” (wanting) to make sure we keep the focus on Trump.”

Last month, the FBI dealt a blow to the committee’s insurrection claim, noting that they found scant evidence that the January 6 protest was the result of an organized plot to overturn the presidential election result.

To make matters worse for the committee, Attorney General Merrick Garland and the DOJ by simultaneously conducting its own investigation, a few members have criticized DOJ’s delays.

Now, President Biden isn’t helping the committee with his assault on “extreme MAGA radicals” at a point in time when members of is own party are making serious threats on the Supreme Court and the justices.

One would think that those six Court justices are preventing abortions, when in at least 16 states and the District of Columbia, there is access to abortion.  Not only will abortion be available in those states, I understand a number of employers in other states are already set to offer travel funds to employees in states not providing it.

So, why would the left risk more nation-wide unrest over an issue when there will be open doors offering them choice at various points in pregnancy across the nation.

Why?  Because the political left wants total control over their lives and will look the other way as cities are destroyed as they were last summer.  For what?
