A lot has been written about Donald Trump’s character, especially with his comments about the appearance of Khizr Khan and his wife, Ghazala, a Gold Star Mother, at the Democrat convention. However, have you noticed how the media has ignored Hillary Clinton’s character flaw in responding to a mother and father of sons killed in the Benghazi attack?
Just as Clinton will do and say anything to get elected, most of the media will do likewise to support her.
Pat Smith, the mother of Sean Smith, and Charles Woods, the father of Tyrone Woods have told of their experiences when meeting Clinton and President Obama when their sons’ caskets returned from Benghazi. Both were Navy Seals. Except for the coverage by Fox, their stories were ignored or buried.
Charles Woods has described his meeting with the president at Andrews Air Force Base, the day his son’s casket was returned, describing his weak handshake and his failure to look him in the eye.
Pat Smith clearly blames Clinton for her failure to provide security for the Benghazi compound and lying to her by saying the attack was the result of a video. Charles Woods has kept a detailed diary of everything that was said that day at Andrews. His account has never wavered.
Confronted with her lie and lack of compassion that day, Clinton, on Fox News Sunday, told Chris Wallace, “I don’t hold any feeling for someone who in the moment may not freely recall everything that was or wasn’t said.” In other words, this mother and father lied.
Just as a Gold Star Mother should not be slandered, she should not be used as a political prop. (channelnewsasia.com)
No doubt, Khan’s son Capt. Humayun Khan, was a hero, but I wonder if he would have been pleased to see how his mother and father allowed themselves to be used by the Democrat party.

Khizr Khan not only criticized Trump for his stand on putting a temporary hold on the admission of additional refugees, mostly Muslims, he asserted that Trump has not read the U.S. Constitution.
“We must live in a world of reality, not a world of denial, delusion and fantasy the Democrats inhabit every waking day of their lives,” wrote Defense Week’s Ray Starmann. Radical Islam is the enemy of everyone on this planet who believes in freedom and justice. Until it is destroyed, this nation must protect itself from enemies, both foreign and domestic.”
