“Hillary has worked very long and hard over a long period of time, and we owe her a debt of gratitude for her service to our country.” – President-Elect Donald Trump
I have to hand it to Donald Trump, who has repeatedly said that he is not a politician, but managed to fill that role nicely during his victory speech with his kind remarks toward Hillary Clinton.
Personally, I could not be as magnanimous. She talks about her love for America, but her actions over many years have been detrimental to the U.S. Amid the lies and corruption, surrounding her reckless handling of national security material and the pay-to-play deals coordinated through the Clinton Foundation, is her failure to protect our ambassador and foreign service men in Benghazi.
I’m all for Trump’s attempt to unify the nation, however, I cannot, and will not, forget the damage Hillary Clinton and the Obama administration has done to our country.
Trump has yet to serve one day as president, but he has already performed a great service by defeating Hillary Clinton, and ending the Clinton Era.
