The last debate … ho hum … the “Big Guy” confirmed … trusting the FBI … Trump rises in Rasmussen poll … the data from Trump rallies … “Professor” Beto … and young blacks for Trump

THE LAST DEBATE, ho hum.  The best gotcha line that President Trump used repeatedly was his reminder to Joe Biden that “you had eight years, why didn’t you get that done?”  I regret that he didn’t remind the audience that 56 percent of the American believe they are doing better than they were four years ago.  That’s pretty powerful.

“BIG GUY” CONFIRMED AS JOE BIDEN – Tony Bobulinski, a recipient of one of the e-mails found on the Hunter Biden laptop, today stated, “I’ve seen Vice President Biden saying he never talked to Hunter about his business.  I’ve seen firsthand that that’s not true, because it wasn’t just Hunter’s business, they said they were putting the Biden family name and its legacy on the line.”

“Hunter Biden called his dad, “the Big Guy” or “my Chairman,” and frequently referenced asking him for his sign-off or advice on various potential deals that we were discussing,” Bublinski said.

He went on to point out that “the Chinese were not really focused on a healthy financial ROI.  They were looking at this as political or influence investment.”

Lets hope Bobulinski is legit.

TRUSTING THE FBI – FBI Director Christopher Wray, appeared with John Ratcliffe, Defense Intelligence Director, at a special press conference to reveal a plot by Russia and Iran of using social media to sway voter opinion.

While Wray did his best to assure viewers that his agency was on top of their attempt to confuse American voters, I remain skeptical.  Wisconsin’s Republican Sen. Ron Johnson is the most recent of our elected officials to accuse the FBI of stonewalling requests for documents.

We know how the FBI conducted unauthorized surveillance and misused the FISA process.

Now we learn that the FBI has had the Biden laptop since December 2019, about the same time Democrats were conducting impeachment hearings on President Trump, where the Bidens and the Ukraine were the subject.

And we are just days from an election that could result in Joe Biden, the subject of a major corruption involving pay for access, being elected our president, while our top law enforcement agency turns a blind eye. And consider those who have already voted for Biden.

The Deep State is still at work, folks.

I continue to predict that Director Wray will be replaced at the FBI with President Trump’s victory next month.

RASMUSSEN HAS TRUMP CLOSING in on Joe Biden.  Two weeks ago, Biden led Trump by 12 points, but in Rasmussen’s weekly “White House Watch,” Biden leads by just three points, 49 to 46 percent.

The poll, that surveys 2,500 likely voters, showed Trump having the edge in enthusiasm.  While Trump earned 82 percent among Republicans, Biden received just 79 percent of the Democrat vote in enthusiasm.

In this week’s IBD/TIPP survey, Biden’s lead dipped with a 48.1 percent to Trump’s 45.6 percent. Remember, a grain of salt.

TRUMP RALLY TREASURE TROVES – All those enthusiastic supporters at Trump rallies yield some interesting data for the RNC and the Trump campaign.

In the 13 reelection events the president has held since his recovery from Covid-19, he has attracted more than 167,000 rally goers,” reports Paul Bedard of the Washington Examiner. “Many of them first-time voters and many who are not Republicans.

The numbers of participants in the airport events suggest that the campaign is building on its base, proving some of the pundits, who say he’s only talking to his core consistency. Wrong.

In President Trump’s Sanford, Florida rally, there were 15,852 voters identified, of which 31.8 percent were not Republicans, and 16.3 percent were Democrats.

Additionally, 24.4 percent did not vote in 2016, and 14.4 percent did not vote in the last four elections.

With attendance from 10,139 to 22,254 at the events, non-Republican participation averaged 32 percent, and an average of 27.8 percent didn’t vote in 2016.  Trump’s biggest crowds were in Prescott and Tucson, Arizona, a key state in 2020.

PARENTS OF HIGH SCHOOL-AGE CHILDREN need to take a closer look at colleges and universities before sending them to one that will fill their heads with mush.

In my last blog, I wrote of Georgetown University’s hiring of disgraced FBI Agent Peter Strzok as an adjunct professor.  Now, I have learned that Texas State University has hired failed Democrat presidential candidate Beto O’Rourke to  teach a class on Texas politics in the upcoming Spring semester.

“It perhaps should come as no surprise that academia would embrace these two men and their political biases,” writes Jennifer Kabbany, editor of The College Fix. “Indeed they will fit in with the progressive leftism that is fully entrenched in higher education.”

Commenting on O’Rourke, who told Vanity Fair magazine that he was “born to be in the 2020 presidential race,” Mark Pulliam, an attorney and higher education watchdog, said, “Lack of credentials, scholarly accomplishments, or neutral point of view is deemed irrelevant.”

YOUNG BLACKS FOR TRUMP – “When it comes to black people you see who maybe are showing support for Trump,” acknowledged Ann Althouse in her blog, Althouse. “I think it’s because Trump in actually talking to young black male voters.”

In my October 21, 2020, I reported the results from an African American Collaborative poll that revealed that blacks, 18 to 29 years of age, haven’t always liked Trump policies, but they like his “strong demeanor and deference of the establishment.”  Obviously referring to the establishment as the entity that takes them for granted each election year.

May God continue to bless the United States of America.
