With terrorist incidents involving illegal migrants occurring now on nearly daily basis, the estimated 11 million poorly vetted illegals in our country should continue to concern you, but more so, the estimated two million gotaways who skipped our pathetic asylum system and simply disappeared and could be living near you, and should scare the hell out of you.

A woman raped and killed by an illegal, a family wiped out by a drunken illegal driver in an auto accident; both have become too common.  Who knows what other “incidents” illegals might have in store for us, maybe something big like the 19 9/11 terrorists.

But, but, but …  Biden’s FBI Director Christopher Wray and Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin had other concerns.  American citizens.

 In 2023, Wray issued a memo targeting “radical traditionalist Catholics,” said to be increasingly moving toward “racially and ethnically motivated violent extremism.”

Reportedly, the FBI cited materials from the Southern Poverty Law Center, a left-wing activist group widely discredited for portraying mainstream conservatives as part of “hate” groups, as it sought to develop “sources” within Catholic churches to report on fellow Congregationalists.

Wray stonewalled Iowa’s Republican Sen. Chuck Grassley so now he’s asking the newly named FBI Director Kash Patel to investigate the FBI’s domestic surveillance role.

Defense Secretary Austin’s concern was far from the border and illegal migrants, too.  He was worried about active duty and former military personnel who supported the January 6, breach of the Nation’s Capitol.

On February 3, 2021, Austin, concerned about extremists within the Department of Defense, ordered a stand down to address extremists in the ranks, and in June of 2021 commissioned the Institute for Defense Analysis, a non-profit organization, to study the conceived problem.

They found reason to believe that the risk to the military from widespread polarization and division in the ranks may be a greater risk than the radicalization of a few service members.

Their review found no evidence that the number of violent extremists in the military is disproportionate to the number of violent extremists in the United States as a whole.

It was much to ado about nothing.  In the meantime, military recruitment was down.  No one wanted to serve in this woke-minded organization.

Thankfully, Pete Hegseth’s actions as Trump’s secretary of defense have since corrected that.

Back to the Border

I can’t help but be reminded by Biden’s hapless Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas lying to our face that our border was secure when we all knew that was a lie. One wonders now if Biden was actually aware of the border problem

With the election of President Trump, Biden’s open-door was secured, with ICE given a 24/7 job to sweep for bad actors first and deporting them, followed by a plan to remove the estimated 11 million migrants, who came in from more than 100 countries.

President Trump has secured our border and has budgeted for funds to allow us to accelerate the removal of illegals, a process that could take 10 years, according to Border Czar Tom Homan.  To make matters worse, activist judges are blocking efforts to deport illegals.  Eighty percent of Americans support Trump’s plan to deport, but a handful of Supreme Court judges have so far failed to clear the path for the president.

Another issue

Now he must deal with antisemitism on campuses, where Civility 101 isn’t taught, and in communities where Jews attempt to gather while an uninformed public supports Hamas.  Secretary of State Marco Rubio is addressing the issuing and monitoring of student visas, and the president has been forced to cut off travel to the U.S. from a dozen or more countries.

Those same Democrats who spoke of protecting our democracy during the election are now fighting Trump’s effort to do so at every turn.  On immigration and deportation and antisemitism.
