Biden’s Supreme Court nomination list … the attack on Barrett … Sen. Sinema still not sure … really? … the Dem plan to delay confirmation … and Trump introduces healthcare plan

IN THE ABSENCE OF BIDEN’S PROMISED LIST of black candidates for the Supreme Court, I have compiled my own, based on his past glowing comments, not listed in any special order:   Michelle Obama, Stacey Abrams, Rachel Dolezal, Rep. Karen Bass, Oprah Winfrey, Keisha Lance Bottoms, Rep. Val Demings, and Rep. Ayanna Pressley.

THE ATTACK ON BARRETT is underway in the leftist media even before the hearings begin.  It was to be expected.

Unbelievably, they’re disappointed in Amy Coney Barrett’s nomination because she’s a mother of school aged children.  A “first,” in Supreme Court history by the way.  Shouldn’t that be a plus as she considers the important issues of the day?

Noting the pessimism of left-wing feminists, conservative commentator Allie Beth Stuckey @conservmillen reminds them of their standard lie “that in order to be accomplished and fulfilled, you must sacrifice faith, marriage and children,” adding that “it’s gotta be hard for them to watch.”

ARIZONA’S DEMOCRAT SENATOR Kyrsten Sinema has said she will “carefully consider whether this nominee is professionally qualified, believes in the independent judiciary, and can be trusted to faithfully interpret and uphold the rule of law.” Really.  She still doesn’t know that?

THE DEMOCRAT PLAN TO DELAY confirmation has been established.  They have circulated a memo on how to do just that; a list of Senate rules challenges.  Sen. Dick Durbin, appearing on one of the Sunday news shows, openly said they plan to “slow the process” knowing her confirmation was assured.

Majority Leader Mitch McConnell and Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Lindsey Graham will be prepared for this and will deal with it.

PART OF THE DEM’S PLAN is to keep committee Republicans off the campaign trail.  Republicans up for reelection, include Senators Graham, Tillis, Collins, Ernst and Cornyn. However, the Democrats on the committee, especially Kamala Harris, face a backlash on their party if they do a “Kavanaugh Number” on Barrett.

MEANWHILE, appearing in Wilmington, Delaware on Sunday – where else? – Joe Biden was still talking in opposition to the nomination process, saying the American people should decide, citing the up-coming Supreme Court decision on ObamaCare.  He’s so out of it.

REGARDING THE FUTURE OF HEALTH CARE – Democrats continue to scare Americans over the pending November Supreme Court decision to end ObamaCare.  They would have you believe that the Trump administration is the plaintiff, when actually it was brought to the Court by a coalition of some 30 Republican state attorney’s general.  Democrats also falsely declare that President Trump doesn’t support coverage for pre-existing conditions, despite his frequent statements in support.

THE PRESIDENT, in the weeks ahead, must outline the provisions of his “America First Healthcare Plan,” signed in an executive order on September 24, 2020.  After the failure to repeal ObamaCare, and the late Sen. John McCain’s infamous “thumbs down” vote that killed the effort, the Trump administration has been busily formulating its own plan to provide Americans with an improved healthcare.  He has agreed with many that ObamaCare was flawed from its inception and should be struck down.

While I have read the executive order, space does not permit me to detail the plan here, American voters should be aware that the plan in its early stages is committed to providing choice and control to the patient, not the government.

“My administration has always been committed to ensuring that patients with pre-existing conditions can obtain healthcare, to lowering healthcare costs, to improving quality care, and to enabling individuals to choose the healthcare that meets their needs,” the president states in the plan.

I urge you to read the plan outline.  It can be found on the Internet at whitehouse.gov/executiveorderonanAmerica-firsthealthcareplan.  Be assured that, unlike ObamaCare, you will know what’s in it, because the president has been listening.

May God continue to bless the United States of America.
