The first debate is behind us, and from my point of view it was pretty much a draw, with Lester Holt, a partisan moderator, aiding a  heavily scripted-scripted Hillary Clinton. edging a rather ill-prepared Donald Trump  I must admit being disappointed in the opportunities Trump missed to score solid points. Noonan trumps Gates

While Gates was forthright in his negative opinions of Hillary Clinton in his op-ed published by The Wall Street Journal, “Sizing Up the Next Commander-in-Chief,” I found his assessment of Donald Trump extremely unfair. Continue reading
